SASSA Disability Grant

The SASSA disability grant provides financial assistance to those suffering from disability issues. It doesn’t matter what type of disability you have, such as mental, physical, etc. You can apply for the disability grant to receive financial support from the SASSA.

If you are disabled and haven’t worked for six months, you are eligible for the disabled grant. Disability has two types, whether temporary or permanent, disability. You can benefit from this grant.

If you have a disability for over a year, you are eligible for the permanent disability grant. The permanent doesn’t mean you will get the SASSA funds until death. You will get the grant payment as long as your disability lasts.

If you have a disability for six months but not more than a year, you are eligible for a temporary disability grant. You can renew this grant if your disability still exists. One of my friends has a temporary disability and is getting SASSA funds.

As I have asked him about his health, He is now completely ready and informed the SASSA team that my disability no longer exists, so SASSA canceled its grant. In my opinion, it’s the best thing to tell the SASSA about your health changes.
